Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will begin preparing your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed after 13:00 (CET) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Responsibility
Casa Ova shall not be responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.
Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.
High-Demand Periods
During collection launches, Black Friday, and the Christmas season, shipping times may be slightly delayed due to high order volume.
We appreciate your understanding during these periods.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us by email at:
A full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued only if the order has not yet been prepared and dispatched by our logistics warehouse.
Once the order has been processed and loaded for shipment, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Customs Duties (Non-EU Countries)
Casa Ova operates from Spain.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for checking local customs regulations and paying any applicable duties or import taxes.
If the customer refuses to pay customs charges and the package is returned to our warehouse, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. This cost will be subtracted from the total value of the returned products.
