Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

    To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

    In your email, please include your order number and reason for return.

    You may choose between:

    • A refund

    • An exchange (size or product, subject to availability)

    Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed automatically using the original payment method.

    This process may take between 2–5 business days from the date the package is received.

    Return Period

    The return period is 14 calendar days from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

    Returns that exceed this period will not be accepted.

    Casa Ova reserves the right to refuse returns if the item:

    • Has been washed

    • Has no original tags

    • Shows signs of use

    • Is not in its original condition

    If a return does not meet these conditions, the item may be sent back to the customer.

    Defective or Incorrect Items

    In the event of a manufacturing defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please email:

    Attach a clear photo of the issue and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

    Return & Exchange Fees

    The following fees apply to returns and exchanges:

    1. Spain (Mainland) – Exchange: €4.90 (collection & reshipment included)

    2. Spain (Mainland) – Refund: €6.90 (collection & handling)

    3. Balearic Islands – Exchanges & Refunds: €6.90

    4. Canary Islands – Exchanges & Refunds: €15

    5. Europe – Exchanges & Refunds: €15

    Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
